Take Your Dog to Work Day
June 20th, 2014 is the 15th Annual Pet Sitters International's 'Take Your Dog to Work Day.' This day was created to celebrate canine companionship and boost adoptions.
Before you do, always check with management and co-workers to ensure everyone is comfortable having dogs in the office. Make everyone aware of general safety tips as well.
Use your best judgment and err on the side of caution. If you are unsure, it's best to just not pet the dog.It's easy for both dogs and people can get over excited on such a big day. With a little preparation and sharing of information, 'Take Your Dog to Work Day' can be an enjoyable time for everyone involved.
